Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 17 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how 1MarketingSolution, operated by MinaTech Labs Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website and use our software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device when you visit. They allow the website to remember information about your visit so that you can be authenticated, your preferences are kept, and the site works as expected. We also use similar technologies — such as local storage, session storage, and pixels — for the same purposes; for simplicity, we refer to all of them collectively as "cookies" in this Policy.

Cookies can be classified by their lifespan and by the party that sets them:

  • Session cookies — exist only for the duration of your browser session and are deleted when you close the browser.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them.
  • First-party cookies — set by us when you access the Service directly.
  • Third-party cookies — set by a domain other than ours (for example, our payment gateway) when components from that third party are loaded into the Service.

2. Categories of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, filling in forms, or setting your security preferences. Without these cookies, parts of the Service will not work.

2.2 Functional

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering your preferred language, your dashboard layout, or the last service you used. If you disable them, some features may not work or be remembered.

2.3 Performance and analytics

These cookies allow us to understand how visitors use the Service so that we can measure and improve its performance — for example, by counting visits, identifying error pages, and tracking which features are used. All information collected is aggregated and, where feasible, anonymised. We may enable third-party analytics tools in future and will update this Policy accordingly.

2.4 Marketing

We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. If we do in future, we will update this Policy and request your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential marketing cookies are set.

The exact cookie names and durations can change as we update the Service. This table reflects the categories currently in use; we will update it when material changes occur.

4. Third-party cookies

When you make a payment, the checkout component is loaded directly from our payment gateway, Razorpay. Razorpay may set its own cookies to operate that flow, prevent fraud, and meet its compliance obligations. We do not control those cookies. Please review Razorpay's privacy and cookie notices for details.

5. Your choices

Most browsers let you view, manage, delete, and block cookies. The exact controls depend on your browser:

  • Chrome — Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox — Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari — Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Edge — Settings > Cookies and site permissions

You can also browse in private/incognito mode, which generally limits the persistence of cookies. Please be aware that if you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to or use the Service.

6. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and we therefore do not respond to them. We will update this Policy if a recognised standard is adopted.

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Please review the Policy periodically.
